Uwe Bohnet advises on corporate law, M&A and capital markets transactions, as well as restructurings and shareholder disputes. He has worked in Germany, China and Russia and is a co-author of the Münchener Anwaltshandbuch Aktienrecht (Munich lawyers' handbook on German stock corporation law).
Uwe Bohnet advises companies, shareholders, management and supervisory boards on corporate law and on M&A and capital markets transactions. His areas of focus include public takeovers, IPOs, restructurings and shareholder disputes. He also advises on general and shareholders' meetings.
During his legal traineeship and doctoral work, he worked at Baker McKenzie in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Moscow and St Petersburg. His other professional positions include Noerr, Haarmann Hemmelrath and Weil Gotshal & Manges. In 2024 he founded the partnership Picherer Bohnet Lohner with Martin Picherer and Andreas Lohner.
He is a co-author of the Münchener Anwaltshandbuch Aktienrecht.
