Andreas Lohner advises on corporate law, M&A, compliance and directors' and officers' liability. He was a partner at Baker McKenzie for many years. His areas of focus include cross-border internal investigations and compliance management systems.

Andreas Lohner advises companies, their management and their boards on corporate law, M&A transactions and public takeovers, as well as compliance and directors' and officers' liability. He has more than 25 years' advisory experience.

As a long-standing partner at Baker McKenzie, he advised on M&A transactions, restructurings and going-private projects. He advised stock corporations and GmbHs on corporate law matters and shareholder disputes.

Another area of focus is compliance. He conducts cross-border internal investigations and advises on the development and implementation of compliance management systems. In 2024 he founded the partnership Picherer Bohnet Lohner with Martin Picherer and Uwe Bohnet.
